Program Participation & Consent Agreement
By joining Bookmark League programs, students become members of our learning community.
Participation in courses and meetings is free. Some projects, such as creating products, may require optional materials or services chosen by the student or family (usually less than $50).
Students may choose to develop real projects through the program. With permission, completed works or products may be featured on the Bookmark League website, and we may assist in promoting or sharing these projects to support charitable causes.
Student-created products may be featured and sold on the Bookmark League website. 100% profits are donated to children's charities.
By signing below, the guardian confirms permission for the student to participate in Bookmark League activities and understands the nature of the program.
