Free Educational Program: All Bookmark League educational programs and materials are provided free of charge.
Members may engage with the learning content at their own pace through a flexible, task-based structure. Participation is entirely voluntary, and learning is self-directed.
-
Creative Product Development: Throughout the learning journey, students will complete creative assignments, which may lead to the development of original products. These creations will often be transformed into member-designed bookmarks, which may also serve as the foundation of the student's personal project, like socks, T-shirts, and more.
-
Bookmark Project – Free Participation with Charitable Purpose: Participation in the official Bookmark Project is free. Bookmark League will fully sponsor the production and shipping of 10 customized bookmarks per student. Members are required to commit to the sale of at least 10 packs, with a minimum fundraising goal of $50, all of which will be donated to the KIDS charitable organization.
-
Optional Personal Brand Projects: Beyond the official Bookmark Project, members may optionally choose to participate in personal entrepreneurial projects listed in the Members Portal – Project Section. These include: Choosing a creative direction and product / Understanding potential input (time, effort, resources) / Learning how to calculate output and manage real-world processes. No financial input is required. Bookmark League offers access to an online wholesale platform to support these experiences.
-
Peer-Led Learning and Mentorship: Courses and activities are led by students in grades 7–12, creating a dynamic peer-to-peer learning environment. Each stage of participation is tailored to the student’s grade level and learning phase. Students in grades 9–12 are eligible to take on leadership roles, and a Volunteer Certificate will be issued upon completion of documented time and contributions.
-
Publishing Program – Free Youth Author Support: Bookmark League’s “Publish Your Own Book” initiative is a free service exclusively for students in grades 3–12.
